Horrible Customer Service

"This product is great but what is not is your customer service. I ordered 4 of these as soon as I received the email they were back in stock on 1/28/26. I emailed three times because the order wasn’t shipping and received no response. Finally the order was shipped and delivered almost three weeks later on 2/17/26 while I was out of the country. When I returned and opened the package I found that I was sent 4 of the wrong product. I have now emailed your customer service email a fourth time to try to get someone to correct this issue."

easy on the eyes but just ok overall

"Skin: combo dehydrated, acne prone, sensitive Used daily for one full week. My skin is a thirsty bitch and I'm always on lookout for a hydrating toner that gives me the hydration I need plus a few benefits that I need to cut down on products. I've also tried nearly every single milky toner on the global market. Pros: Love the pump and the cute vintage-inspired design. Light texture. No noticeable fragrance. Cons: Round cap can be harder to open if you have wet or slippery hands. Too watery for a non-messy application without cotton pads and lacks the hydration heft I need. Caveat: I didn't use it long enough to notice any additional effects on pigmentations or overall brightening. TLDR: If you're in your 20s and younger or have oily skin that's not dehydrated, you could enjoy this quite a bit. This likely won't solve your actual pigmentation problems."
