Canada Orders
We currently do not offer returns or refunds on International (non-US) orders
- International customers are responsible for paying any customs, duties, and fees associated with your order.
- Please note that our warehouse does not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges from non-US customers.
- If you find a product missing from your order upon receiving it, please contact us at care@beautywithin.com immediately with your order number/invoice, and a picture of the products received.
U.S. Domestic Orders
- Please note that all items purchased on SALE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded online regardless of purchase date.
- Returns or exchanges of non-sale items must be made within 14 days of your order date
- Products must be new, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for return or exchange
- Any open and used items (including lightly used) are not eligible for refund or exchange
- Buyer is responsible for return and/or exchange shipping fees
- We do not offer refund for packages that are lost, arriving late, or are in transit to your destination
- If you find a product missing from your order upon receiving it, please contact us at care@beautywithin.com immediately with your order number/invoice, and a picture of the products received
To start a return, you can contact us at care@beautywithin.com. To make the return process as smooth as possible, please note your order number in the subject line along with the products you wish to return. If it is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that you will be responsible for costs associated with returning your order.
Refunds
We will refund your order once we receive your package and inspect the returned products. If approved, we will notify you in a follow up email and automatically refund you on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please also note that we do not refund shipping fees for returns and cancelled orders post-shipment.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving, and contact us immediately if you notice the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Damaged products are often due to rough handling in transit and shipping carriers can cover the losses with sufficient evidence.
If you wish to receive a refund for the damaged products, you can file a damaged package claim with the delivery service. If you wish to receive a replacement / your missing product, notify us at care@beautywithin.com with your order number, a description of the damaged/missing products and a picture of the products whenever applicable.
Exchanging Items
For exchanging items, our shop requires returning the item to the warehouse and placing a separate purchase for the new item once we receive and accept the item. Please note that the item must be unopened and unused in order to qualify for exchanging. Items purchased during a sales period will be ineligible for exchange or returns. You will be responsible for paying any shipping fees.
If you wish to proceed, please notify us at care@beautywithin.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
Exceptions/ non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, opened items, and items packaged in aerosol cans.
