First and last time ordering!

"I was waiting for this product to come back in stock so I can finally try it. I ordered 2 so my mom could try it as well since we both have hair loss concerns. The day I received my order- they only sent me one bottle. I contacted via email asking about the other half of my order and was told that I would be looked into and Claire had sent me a pic confirming that my package had the weight of 2 bottles but how come I only received one? Then I never heard back from her again.. I paid over $40 including shipping and now I feel ripped off for only receiving 1 shampoo instead of the 2 that I paid for. This was my first time ordering and most likely my last since this incident hasn’t been handled at all. I understand this is a small business but at least get back to me or offer a refund if there is not enough inventory!"

Great for oily hair

"My hair has become very oily on the scalp, I would wash it at by the end of the day it would be oil. I also have long thick hair so hair loss was not a thing for me, but I have seen a small change when brushing my hair. So far I have only used it three times and it's been great. Leaves hair fresh minty and clean."

One of my favorites

"It is a beautiful product and definitely one of my favorite shampoos ever! It is not as cooling to the scalp as I envisioned (barely at all), but it does feel amazing and moisturizing and has replaced the high end and more expensive shampoo I used before it completely. I do think that my scalp is healthier as a result of this product."
